In the school board election next May, two school board seats are up for election, those held by Vito Abbondandolo and Roger Silletti. We do not now whether Vito or Roger will run again.

We have had calls from people who do not know their voting place. Can we arrange to have a list of voting places in every school office three weeks before the election?

Can we have a Coalition committee of people who will check one voting place (Landing, Connolly, Boys and Girls, Middle B, Middle A and G) on election day and call Coalition and PTA members who have not voted. Perhaps the PTA would join us in this.

Some PTAs in other districts send home with each student a sheet asking for the name, address, phone, and email of their parents, and permission to use their names on mailing lists. Do we?

Would the Record-Pilot cooperate in sending a copy of their school board election issue to every address in Glen Cove?
