Tuesday, October 2nd, 2001 at 7:00 PM at St. Paul's Episcopal Church on Highland Road The Coalition for Glen Cove is hosting an open meeting with City of Glen Cove mayoral candidates Mary Ann Holzcamp and David Zatlin and city council candidates Michael Norman and Frank O’Regan.  Doug Brown, the vice president of the Coalition, will be the moderator. The meeting will take place this coming Tuesday, October 2nd, at St Paul’s Church at 7:00 PM.  All members of the Glen Cove Community are encouraged to attend.
The Coalition will be asking the candidates to express their views concerning education in Glen Cove and the roles the city government can play in supporting the Glen Cove school system.  Since each of the four candidates has been a long-term, highly involved member of the community, the Coalition is also interested in hearing their suggestions on what the citizens of Glen Cove might do to more effectively support our education programs.
